Refund policy

Returns

We want you to love your v-necks. You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with any tags still attached.

 

To start a return, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return, and we'll send you instructions. Please don't ship anything back before reaching out.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

 

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of arrival with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

 

Non-returnable items

Some items may be marked final sale on their product page and cannot be returned except in cases of damage or defect.
